Prominence Condominium
Set in administrative centre of the Bukit Mertajam, the Prominence is a new addition to the skyline. Completed in year 2017, the Prominence Condominium's simple and unfussy outlook glistens when the morning rays cast on it. The concept is to act as a gateway to the town of Bukit Mertajam. The mixed development project located on a site of 6.88 acres adjacent to Bandar Perda Bukit Mertajam. It was designed to cater for those who emphasize on lifestyle living. It houses a stunning number of 412 units to suit various needs; surrounded by shops with vast landscaped alfresco with ample room to explore.

The Link Bridge
Loaded with symbolism, the bridge connects communities on air. This engineering feat serves as a beacon, drawing crowds and attention towards it. The curvilinear design and oscillating curves were the brainchild of the design team for wanting to create an icon to allow Prominence to stand tall amongst the rest. Located on level 26, residents will be enjoying leisure activities with Bukit Mertajam as its backdrop.
The residential towers were designed to be north-south orientated to minimize heat gain, treated with staggering balconies which also function as sun shading devices. The design feature also helps create a visually simulating and productive environment for its building occupants. The plan view of the podium top features forceful interpretation of curvilinear design in areas of landscape and architecture.
The façade of the podium exerts a grandeur vibe with its vertical louvers that greets you upon your arrival. Right through the process, the architectural preoccupation of this project was to manipulate the dynamic living whilst providing an affordable sanctuary and shelter to the weary.
